What a tangled web we weave!

So Taylor Swift opened up recently about marriage in a magazine interview and she was talking about how even though some of her friends (Katy Perry, Kellie Pickler, Carrie Underwood) are engaged and ready to get the ball and chain on, her thoughts are far from that subject--contrary to what her Mine video portrays.



First of all, I do not believe that she was old enough to have those kids. It's just weird for me, but the video was pretty nice.

Second, Taylor Swift gets together with almost every guy she works with. Yes, that boy, Toby Hemmingway (The Covenant, Feast of Love) is her current love, and right when their time is over, she's gonna go and write a song about him because she believes that doing that will justify having had them in her life.

Now, speaking of songs--you guys remember that little rumor going around that John Mayer's latest conquest was girl-next-door Taylor Swift when they collaborated on their song Half Of My Heart? When I heard that, I was like "Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh...she wishes! It's just a stupid rumor."

"Pfffft...daw!"

But in light of the first bit I mentioned, well, it looks like the rumors are turning out to be true! *EXPLODES*

From her new album, Speak Now, her new song just screams his name--no really, it does. It's called Dear John, and here are the lyrics of the song's chorus:

Yeah, for those of you who thought that it may just be people looking too much into the song, well...obviously not. She wrote about Taylor Lautner, she wrote about Mayer, AND she wrote about Joe Jonas, who's now seeing Taylor Lautner's Twilight co-star Ashley Greene!

You want me to make it even more complicated? Her current boyfriend Toby Hemmingway starred in The Covenant with Steven Strait--the guy who Stephenie Meyer wanted to play Jacob Black who is now being played by Taylor Lautner who is Taylor Swift's ex-boyfriend like Joe Jonas who is now seeing Lautner's co-star Ashley Greene in a movie written by Stephenie Meyer who has a similar last name as John!! It's a Heartbreak Warfare!!

So Lindsay Lohan's pretty jealous of someone right now, and it's not because that someone is a much better singer than she is(even though she really is).

Christina Aguilera's been hanging out alot with Mizz Ronson, and she just recently filed a divorce from her soon-to-be-ex husband Jordan Bratman(with whom she used to have naked sundays with--oh, and a 2-year-old boy, too).

We'll see how things turn out, though! Lindsay's got another movie coming out--Inferno, a biopic about Linda Lovelace, and maybe a few months down the line, Aguilera's gonna be the one in rehab(yes, kind of indirectly blaming Ronson for Lohan's downward spiral).

Innocence?

Hey guys!

Yes, it's been a few days since I posted...my fault! You know when Murphy's Law is at work--anything and everything can and will go wrong. No wifi, can't connect, I get disconnected, blah blah blah :p

ANYWAYS.

Yesterday? Much fun indeed. If you guys were in the 6750 area in Makati, then you should have passed by Starbucks because 99.5RT was broadcasting live over there :D It was pretty fun! I had so much fun, in fact, that I didn't mind boarding for 7 hours hahaha!

Soooo..

You guys do know about Kanye's breakdown on twitter, right? No? Well! What happened was that he was ranting in his tweets, then all of a sudden, it was almost like he had an emotional breakdown! Basically, he felt bad that harsh words like "Asshole" started being associated with his name. Type it out on google search and Kanye West will pop up. Now, Kanye West is a musician, and he makes music for people to enjoy them. Since that "I'ma let you finish.." stint with Swift, West feels like listeners can no longer fully enjoy his music because they associate his work with what he did. He feels like when people hear his songs, they don't think about the emotion or the inspiration behind it, they don't think about how this song can bring back some of their memories, or how this song can aid in imagining what their futures will be like. Instead, people think "Kanye wrote this song. God, he's such an ass for what he did to Taylor Swift."

Now, Kanye being an artist, he's distraught. Looking at it through an "artist"'s perspective, he just felt the need to express and not diss Swift. He said, "I'ma let you finish..." so his intent wasn't to disrespect her, but rather to be heard by his peers that his choice was Beyonce. Unfortunately, everyone can and did take it in the worst (and most obvious) way--he was seen as the man who slapped a little girl's ice cream cone to the ground.

He felt so bad, he wrote a song for Swift, and if she doesn't wanna sing it, then he will because the song is too beautiful to be left unsung.

His breakdown's bottomline? If you can no longer enjoy my music, then I will no longer make music.

THEN!!

During the recent MTV VMA's, Taylor Swift performed her new song "Innocent" from her new album "Speak Now". Many believe that the song was directed at Kanye West. Read up the lyrics:
