Last time on the show, before I introduced Avril's song, I said that we should all be thankful to technology because it's making so many things possible.
A kid from Malaysia would have to either A.) wait for Avril Lavigne to fly all the way there, get a VIP/backstage pass ticket, and ask for Avril herself to sign something for him, or B.) fly all the way to the US, get a VIP/backstage pass ticket, and ask for Avril herself to sign something for him.
NOW!! All that Malaysian kid has to do is to maybe win a contest and Avril will sign an autograph for him and send it online!
Okay, yes, it's still a tad difficult to get, but you gotta admit, you cut off more corners now! No more plane ride!
